Risk Description
The knots may come untied and the child may fall from the swing. Moreover, due to the insufficient technical design and incomplete assembly instructions, the child's neck, head and fingers can be caught in openings. This can cause the child to suffer injuries or strangulation. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Toy Safety Directive nor with the European standard EN 71-8.

Product Description
Children's hanging swing made of plastic. The hanging system consists of a rope that is anchored in each corner of the swing and ends in two connectors with metal rings. Product sold online, in particular via www.dracik.sk.

Recommended action

All users, particularly children and elderly people who may be more vulnerable to injury. Infants and young children are at the highest risk of strangulation from cords, strings, and loops.
