The product poses a risk of injuries because:- the diameter of the handlebar tube is less than the 40 mm minimum required, - the diameter of the front wheel is less than the 120 mm minimum required, - there is no technical documentation guaranteeing conformity with the harmonised standards. There is no CE mark and no written warning alerting users and child carers to the potential risks posed by the toy.In addition, the product may pose a risk of injuries from sharp components.The product does not comply with the Toys Directive and the relevant European standard EN 71.

Product Description

Black, folding scooter. Foot plate emblazoned with the word "Fashion". Packaging box is blue and black, with a plastic handle, bearing a label with the words "POLYTOP" plus the importer's address and the instruction in Spanish that the product is not to be used by children.
