Risk Description
The product poses a risk of injuries because the toggle buttons could break, if subjected to excessive strain, posing a choking risk to children. The toggles are made of a polyester-based resin rather than a nylon-based resin, the former being more prone to fracture. Corrective measures have been taken to ensure that this does not happen in the future. Several incidents have been reported.
