Children’s bicycle was recalled on 7 October 2011 under EU Safety Gate alert 1024/11. Injuries risk reported by Hungary. The product poses a risk of injuries because:- the static strength of the saddle is not sufficient; - the chainguard does not completely cover the edge of the chain and therefore clothing may get caught;- the stabilisers are too close to the vertical plane of the frame, so the bicycle can easily tip over on uneven surfaces.

Risk Description

The product poses a risk of injuries because:- the static strength of the saddle is not sufficient; - the chainguard does not completely cover the edge of the chain and therefore clothing may get caught;- the stabilisers are too close to the vertical plane of the frame, so the bicycle can easily tip over on uneven surfaces.
