This product poses a risk of injuries because: - there is no chain guard;- there is too little play between pedal and mudguard;- there is too large gap between handlebar and brake lever;- in the vertical and horizontal static test on the seat, the seat bent.

Risk Description
This product poses a risk of injuries because: - there is no chain guard;- there is too little play between pedal and mudguard;- there is too large gap between handlebar and brake lever;- in the vertical and horizontal static test on the seat, the seat bent. The vertical load achieved was 239 N, not 300N;- in the fatigue test on the seat (100 000 cycles), after 4139 cycles the seat was too floppy and unable to accept the load;- there are no instructions for use.This product does not comply with the relevant European standard EN 14765.
