Risk Description
The insulation and the clearance / creepage distances between the primary and secondary circuits are inadequate. Consequently, accessible parts can become live and the user could receive an electric shock from them, and the product may overheat and start a fire. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Low Voltage Directive nor with the European standards EN 61558-2-16 and EN 61558-1.
