The "8" ring allowing for the adjustable strap to be maintained can break easily, causing the strap to slip in the buckle of the restraint system. The lack of helmet retention can reduce its effectiveness in the event of impact, causing injuries to the head. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Regulation ECE 22-05.
