Risk Description
The fake teeth contain di-(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP) above the permitted levels (measured value 28% by weight). According to the REACH Regulation the phthalates DEHP, DBP and BBP are prohibited in all toys and childcare articles, while phthalates DINP, DIDP and DNOP are prohibited in toys or childcare articles that can be placed in the mouth by children.

Product Description
The product is a toy make-up kit with different face colours for fancy-dress. It contains three make-up creams (red, white, silver), fake teeth and eye-shadows with applicator. It is packed in blister packaging with faces of vampires, witches and other "Halloween" creatures printed on the cardboard.
