Risk Description
The locking mechanism of the restraint tray does not properly work.Consequently, the tray might inadvertently remain loose while the child is sitting on the chair without the harness. If the child moves or the chair is touched or pushed by bystanders, the tray might may detach, causing the child to fall and suffer injuries.
