Risk Description

The vehicles may be fitted with rear axle leaf springs manufactured by Fleximol using substandard materials received from its supplier. In the faulty leaf springs, individual leaves of the lower spring assembly may break. Fragments may fall into the path of following traffic and put other road users at risk. The product does not comply with the requirements laid down in the Regulation on the approval and market surveillance of motor vehicles and their trailers, and of systems, components and separate technical units intended for such vehicles.
