Risk Description
The firework can burst too close to the ground (at a height below 8 m).Bystanders can be hit by parts of the firework, causing burns. The duration of the fuse burning is too long. The user could go back to the firework and receive burns.The product does not comply with the requirements of the Pyrotechnics Directive and the relevant European standard EN 15947.
