Risk Description
The product poses a chemical risk because the metal contains cadmium (measure value 0.048% by weight), lead (measure value 1.7% by weight) and migration of nickel (measure value 0.83 µg/cm2/week). Cadmium is a toxic substance it accumulates in the body and can damage organs and it may cause cancer. Migration of nickel poses allergen risk. Lead is harmful to human health, accumulates in the body and may damage fertility, breast-fed children or the unborn child. The product does not comply with the REACH Regulation.
