Box of rattles was recalled on 3 February 2012 under EU Safety Gate alert 0181/12. Choking risk reported by Spain. The product poses a risk of choking because the yellow star can easily break into small parts that could be put into the mouth and swallowed by a young child; the crab has long parts that could get stuck in the mouth of children unable to sit up unaided.

Risk Description
