Risk Description
The restraint system of the product is not adjustable to the size of the baby. As a result, the baby can slide down and remain trapped with the strap around the neck suffering strangulation. Furthermore, since the angle between the backrest and the horizontal surface is too small, if the baby kicks the legs vigorously, the cradle can bounce too much and the head of the baby may hit the floor. The product does not comply with the requirements of the General Product Safety Directive nor with the European standard EN 12790.

Who is at risk?
All users, particularly children and elderly people who may be more vulnerable to injury. Infants and young children are at the highest risk of strangulation from cords, strings, and loops.
