The packaging is not fitted with child-resistant fastenings, nor a tactile warning. Moreover, the label does not include the signal word "Danger" , nor the hazard statement "May be fatal if swallowed and enters airways". The user is not properly informed that this product is dangerous by aspiration. The product does not comply with the classification, labelling and packaging (CLP) Regulation.
