Risk Description
The product contains an excessive concentration of nicotine, with a declared value of 50 mg/ml. This could lead to the accidental consumption of a high dose of nicotine. Nicotine is acutely toxic and can endanger the user’s safety, notably if the product comes into contact with the skin or is ingested. Additionally, the product is pre-filled with a large amount of liquid, 20 ml, which increases the risk of accidental consumption of a high dose of nicotine. Furthermore, the product does not include an information leaflet or a list of ingredients on the packaging. As a result, consumers are unable to make informed decisions regarding the safe use of the product, which could put their health at risk. The absence of clear safety instructions and ingredient details also complicates responsible handling, especially for users unfamiliar with such high concentrations of nicotine. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Tobacco Products Directive.
