This product poses a risk of choking to children because during the tests, a suction cup became detached when a tensile force of less than 60 N was applied.

Risk Description
This product poses a risk of choking to children because during the tests, a suction cup became detached when a tensile force of less than 60 N was applied. Once the suction cups become detached, they pose a risk of choking to children. This risk becomes more serious given that children usually lick the suction cups to wet them to increase their ability to stick to the surface that will be hit. In addition, this toy does not contain the following warning “WARNING: Do not aim at eyes or face”. This product does not comply with the Toys Directive and the relevant European standard EN 71-1.

Product Description
There is a label on the back of the blister pack with the bar code, importer identification, CE marking and the wording “Not suitable for children under three years of age due to small parts that may be swallowed” and “Keep packaging and instructions”.
