Risk Description
The product poses a chemical risk because it contains 2.25 % of Para phenylenediamine (PPD) which is classified as strongly sensitising. In addition, the labelling does not include the warnings which should appear on products containing this substance.The product does not comply with the Cosmetics Directive 76/768/EEC.
