Risk Description
The product poses a risk of injuries because:- the bicycle has no brake systems. As a result a child is not able to stop safely the bicycle, - the handlebar grips do not have sufficiently extended and guarded ends. They therefore pose a risk of slipping of the hands from the handlebars and consequently a fall of a child during riding, - safety warnings and instructions are inadequate. This product does not comply with the relevant European standard EN 14765.

Marking on the product label: DINOTTI, Forstinger, Art. 203258, model: 10"Kinderrad, name: Jump, frame: BMX type, fork:HI:Ten, brakes - antitrack with fully guarded chain system. Despite the last notice, the bicycle has no brakes. The product is packed in a carton box with following data: Art. no. 203258, model:YK701 10"BMX, name: Jump, size:10", DINOTTI, FRG, OR.999-23021178-1ST, Vienna, c/NO, Made in Philippines.
