Bicycle for children was recalled on 8 December 2006 under EU Safety Gate alert 0795/06. Choking, Injuries risk reported by Estonia. This product poses a serious risk of injury to children because: - the fastenings (screw) of a saddle and of a sound signal device are unprotected;- a 5 mm diameter rod can be inserted in spaces between moving handle bar and the body, between the front wheel and the body, between front wheel and the mudguards, between back wheels and the body, but a 12 mm diameter rod cannot be inserted in these spaces.

Risk Description
This product poses a serious risk of injury to children because: - the fastenings (screw) of a saddle and of a sound signal device are unprotected;- a 5 mm diameter rod can be inserted in spaces between moving handle bar and the body, between the front wheel and the body, between front wheel and the mudguards, between back wheels and the body, but a 12 mm diameter rod cannot be inserted in these spaces.This product poses a risk of choking because the detached plastic sheeting of the stickers and white sound part detached during the tension test fits within the small parts cylinder.This product does not comply with the Toys Directive and the European standard EN 71-1.
