Risk Description

The plastic material of the doll contains di-(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP) (measured value up to 30.6% by weight). This phthalate may harm the health of children, causing possible damage to the reproductive system. It contains also di-'isononyl' phthalate (DINP) (measured value 2.15 % by weight). According to the REACH Regulation the phthalates DEHP, DBP and BBP are prohibited in all toys and childcare articles while the phthalates DINP, DIDP and DNOP are prohibited in all toys and childcare articles which can be placed in the mouth by children.
