Risk Description
The dolls contains bis (2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP) (measured value upto 20 % by weight) and di-isononyl-phthalate (DINP) (measured value upto 14 % ).Phtalates may cause harm to the unborn child and have possible risk of impaired fertility and negative effect on the development of reproductive organs.According to the REACH Regulation the phthalates DEHP, DBP and BBP are prohibited in all toys and childcare articles, while phthalates DINP, DIDP and DNOP are prohibited in toys or childcare articles that can be placed in the mouth by children.
