Risk Description

The product poses a chemical risk because the ducks and frogs contain more than 0.2 % by weight of di(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP).According to the REACH Regulation, phthalates DEHP, DBP and BBP are prohibited in all toys and childcare articles, while phthalates DINP, DIDP and DNOP are prohibited when the toy or childcare article can be placed in the mouth by children.

Plastic toy animals for playing in the bath. Specifically: mother duck with yellow ducklings and mother frog with green baby frogs. Description of packaging: - plastic net with a sticker bearing the model, identification of the importer and the barcode.
