Risk Description
The bolts or rivets attaching the chains to the flail-cutter could break. The chains might consequently detach during use and hit the user. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Machinery Directive and Commission Decision 2012/32/EU prohibiting the placing on the market of flail-type cutting attachments for portable hand-held brush cutters.
