Risk Description
The product volume is 6.0 ml which exceeds the 2 ml limit set in legislation. Additionally, the nicotine concentration displayed on the product is 60 mg/ml which exceeds the limit of 20 mg/ml set in legislation. The product also does not have an information leaflet. Nicotine containing liquid is acutely toxic in high concentrations and volumes. Its inhalation can cause adverse effects, contraindications and present an increased risk to at risk groups such as pregnant women. Additionally, when an information leaflet is not provided consumers cannot make informed choices regarding the safe use of the product. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Tobacco Products Directive.
