Choking Toys Serious risk

Balloons was recalled on 26 October 2007 under EU Safety Gate alert 1095/07. Choking risk reported by Hungary. The toy poses a serious risk of choking especially for young children because it contains a mouth-piece which can be easily detached from the opening of the balloon and fits entirely into the small parts cylinder.

Risk Description

The toy poses a serious risk of choking especially for young children because it contains a mouth-piece which can be easily detached from the opening of the balloon and fits entirely into the small parts cylinder.This product does not comply with the Toys Directive and the relevant European standard EN-71.

Product Description

The package contains 100 balloons. In the opening of each balloon there is a hard mouthpiece, which gives a squeezing sound when the blown-up balloon is released.
