Risk Description
The amount of nitrosamines released by the balloons is too high (measured value up to 0.31 mg/kg). A child could put the balloon in the mouth to blow or suck it; nitrosamines are carcinogenic via inhalation and ingestion.The product does not comply with the requirements of the Toy Safety Directive.
