The fireworks may burst or release burning material outside the safety distance of 8 m or below a height of 3 m, causing damage to sight. Moreover, the article does not have full function, posing a risk of the user trying to reignite the product leading to burns and damage to sight. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Pyrotechnics Directive nor with the European standard EN 15947-5.
