Risk Description

The product poses a risk of suffocation and choking because children can put the cups into the mouth (imitating drinking). These parts may block the nose and mouth of a child by forming an air-proof stopper, which may lead to suffocation. The product does not comply with the Toys Directive and the relevant European standard EN 71.

Product Description

A toy plastic pyramid composed of 12 varicoloured elements in the form of cups. Each cup has a sticker with a digit corresponding to the number of images. Packed in a transparent bag.

This recall involves a choking, suffocation hazard related to Baby pyramid.

This product contains small parts that can detach and pose a choking hazard, or its size and shape make it dangerous for young children if swallowed or placed in the mouth.
