Risk Description
This product poses a serious risk of choking because the silver-coloured sticker, which can easily become detached, is attached to one of the fabric labels. As this is an item intended for small children, there is a possibility that the detached sticker may be swallowed, presenting a choking hazard.One accident has been reported: a boy swallowed the silver-coloured sticker from a cap similar to this one and had to be rushed to hospital, where the foreign body was removed from his airways.
