The wooden rattle can be separated and release small parts (the balls). A small child could put the small parts in the mouth and choke.The product does not comply with the requirements of the Toy Safety Directive and the relevant European Standard EN 71-1.

Wooden rattles in different sizes with a wooden ball or metal bells inside. The product was (also) sold online.

This recall involves a choking hazard related to Ayda & Merete Wooden Rattle.
