Risk Description

There is a possibility that the bolts on the exhaust-side of the turbocharger assembly may not have been correctly tightened due to defective tightening equipment. The bolts could loosen over time, causing insufficient sealing of the turbocharger and could allow exhaust gas leakage from the turbocharger.
