Risk Description
The product poses a risk of injuries because if the upper clamp of the attachment system is not fully engaged (pressed into place) and there is a gap, the radiator could come loose at the top, tip forward and fall off the wall. The upper clamp may break in the event of disassembly and/or reassembly. A malfunction of the upper clamp can cause the radiator to fall off. For types Vertical 10, 20, 21 and 22, Kos V 21 and 22 and Faro V 21 and 22 radiators equipped with the U2V2 attachment system: the lower clamps of the attachment system may bend slightly or begin to distort when installed (e.g. if the full weight of the radiator is allowed to rest on one clamp, or through rough handling in general) or if placed under excessive load, causing the radiator to come loose at the top. One possible consequence is that the radiator is no longer held in place by the support mechanism and may fall off the wall.Several incidents reported.
