Risk Description
The product has small detachable parts (plastic clip and plastic ring), which the child can easily access, put in the mouth and choke. In addition, the soother holder is too long and may lead to strangulation of a child. The product does not comply with the requirements of the General Product Safety Directive nor with the European standards EN 71-1 and EN 12586.

Recommended action
Choking: Remove the product from children immediately. Check if any small parts are missing. If a child has swallowed a part, seek medical attention immediately. Return the product to the retailer. Strangulation: Remove the product from the child's environment immediately. Cut any cords or strings if they cannot be safely removed. Never leave children unsupervised with products that have loose cords.
Who is at risk?
Children under 3 years old are at highest risk. Supervise older children as well. Infants and young children are at the highest risk of strangulation from cords, strings, and loops.
