The adaptive cruise control may not activate. This can lead to sudden and unintentional automatic braking due to the premature activation of the automatic emergency braking system. This creates a risk of accidents and injuries. The product does not comply with the Regulation on the approval and market surveillance of motor vehicles and their trailers, and of systems, components and separate technical units intended for such vehicles.
