Risk Description
The hair dryer does not have a thermal cut-off function. The plastic material of the casing is combustible, the product can overheat and catch fire during use, causing burns to the user. The mains cable is not properly protected against pulling and twisting. Live (active) parts can be touched if the - too thin - internal conductor of the mains connection cable is broken or become free, which can cause the user to receive an electric shock. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Low Voltage Directive nor with the European Standard EN 60335.
