Risk Description
The product poses a risk of electric shock because the transformer connections rely upon the solder alone to maintain the position of the conductors and there are no barriers to prevent creepage distances and clearances from being reduced. If a wire should become detached the loose end could touch parts of the output circuit. This could make the output be at mains voltage.The product does not comply with the Low Voltage Directive (LVD) and the relevant European standard EN 61558.
