The product contains more than the maximum permitted amount of nicotine (measured values: up to 29.7 mg/ml), and does not have an information leaflet. Nicotine is acutely toxic and can endanger the user’s safety, if the product comes accidentally into contact with the skin or is ingested. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Tobacco Product Directive.
