Risk Description
The volume of the cartridge is 15 ml which exceeds the limit for volume in cartridges of disposable e-cigarettes which is 2 ml. Moreover, the product does not have a leaflet providing the consumer with information about safe and correct use of the product, contraindications and adverse effects. Nicotine is acutely toxic and can endanger the user’s safety, notably if the product comes into contact with the skin or is ingested. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Tobacco Products Directive.
