The hoodie structural strong layers are lacking in structural integrity and protective capabilities. The hoodie is not, in fact, made of Kevlar as advertised. Consequently, in the event of a fall, the rider may suffer injuries. The product does not comply with the Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Regulation nor with the European standards EN 1621, EN 13594, EN 17092.
