Risk Description

- A nylon tie was used as cord anchorage. The cord could twist and be pushed into the luminaries, putting strain on the terminals. The conductors could become loose from the terminals and short-circuit.- There was no lamp holder. The wiring was connected directly to the lamp using metal shell-shaped bushes. While replacing the lamp these bushes are accessible and must be removed by hand. This product does not comply with the relevant standard - EN 60598-1.
