Risk Description
Single-pole or partial insertion of a plug into the adaptor is possible. If one of the pins is inserted in a socket, the user could touch the pins of the other plug and receive an electric shock. Furthermore, no earth connection is available, increasing the risk of electric shock. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Low Voltage Directive and the relevant national standard.
