Antenna amplifier was recalled on 10 July 2009 under EU Safety Gate alert 0924/09. Electric shock risk reported by Finland. The product poses a risk of electric shock because:- the clearances in the mains transformer between the primary winding and the secondary windings are not sufficient,- the secondary circuit is accessible through the antenna terminals,- the windings are positioned concentrically on a single coil former, and wound to the edges of the coil former, - the insulated wires of the mains switch touch the metal enclosure of the antenna unit which is accessible and supplementary insulation of the wires is missing.
