Risk Description
The ribbon around the neck of the toy detaches easily, allowing access to the small bell. The bell which detaches may be put in the mouth by a child, causing choking and the ribbon collar could be put over a child's head, causing a strangulation hazard. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Toys Safety Directive and the relevant European Standard EN 71.
