The product poses a risk of injuries and burns because:- there is no horn or similar device;- the front and rear brakes do not work independently;- the parking brake needs an excessive force to operate;- it may be difficult to access the engine stop button;- exposed parts of the exhaust system reach high temperatures.

70cc ATV supplied boxed and assembled by importer at time of sale. The body of the sampled product was green camouflage although red, yellow, and blue versions are also available.
