Risk Description
Single-pole or partial insertion of a plug into the adaptor is possible.The user could touch the free remaining pin of the plug and receive an electric shock. Furthermore, there is no earth connection. An appliance of protection class I (which should be earthed) connected to the mains via the adaptor would consequently not be earthed.
