Risk Description
The product has an excessive concentration of nicotine-containing liquid (measured value up to 50 mg/ml). This can lead to the accidental consumption of a high dose of nicotine. Nicotine is acutely toxic and can endanger the user’s safety, notably if the product comes into contact with the skin or is ingested. Moreover, the labelling, packaging and design of this product disregard the risks inherent in its use. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Tobacco Products Directive nor with the Regulation on the classification, labelling and packaging of substances and mixtures (CLP).
