Risk Description
The product poses a risk of electric shock because: - there is insufficient isolation between the parts connected to the mains and the output circuit which can be touched via the output cable, - creepage distances in the mains transformer (QYD 080310T1) between the primary and the secondary windings are less than 4 mm / 5 mm; measure a minimum of 0.2 mm between the primary winding and the output of the secondary winding, - there are no insulation tubes on the output wires, - the mains transformer does not pass the electric strength test of 3000 V AC for 1min between the primary winding and the secondary winding, - flash-over occurs at 1250 V AC. The product does not comply with the Low Voltage Directive and the relevant European standard EN 60950.
