AC adaptor was recalled on 27 May 2011 under EU Safety Gate alert 0479/11. Electric shock risk reported by Finland. The product poses a risk of electric shock because:- the product does not pass the electric strength test between the primary parts (plug part) and the secondary parts (USB connector),- clearance/creepage distances on the printed circuit board are much less than required.
