Risk Description
The plastic bag of the packaging is too thin. If a child plays with the packaging, the plastic can cover the mouth and nose, causing the child to suffocate. The sticker on the bag comes out easily and is too small. A child can put it in the mouth and choke on it. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Toy Safety Directive and the relevant European standard EN 71-1.

Product Description
Colourful four-wheeled wooden cube-shaped activity center with a push handle. The cube has a set of 6 games, including top mazes with sliding machines and metal wire loops with sliding wooden beads and a training clock with moving plastic arrows. The product was also sold online.
